The Costa Blanca is recognised by the World Health Organisation as having the best climate in Europe, and has more hours of sunshine than most of Spain.

The air conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms, a lounge with satellite television and dining facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.

The apartment has use of a pool

1 Bathroom, fully tiled with WC, Bidet, washbasin, shower.

Bedrooms :

1 with a double bed with built in wardrobe. And 1 with two single beds

The apartment also has its own intercom for ground floor apartments

This is a ground floor apartment, It has a small balcony to the front, lounge/diner, American-style kitchen, with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc.
